Great New Features Added to KRMC-Hosted
KRMC-Hosted is adding some exciting new features to its platform. Along with a whole new look and feel, Kanguru is improving device management through group-based provisioning, and adjusting how KRMC users interact with configured settings. These updates will enhance the ability to manage, monitor, and provision Kanguru Defender® encrypted devices in KRMC. The goal is to help make the remote management and data security experience even easier.
New Features for KRMC-Hosted:
Active Directory Disable
File Auditing
Groups-Based Management Configuration

Active Directory Disable
Kanguru's AD (Active Directory) agent software synchronizes active accounts with active drives in KRMC. This is useful for automatically disabling drives of users whose accounts have been disabled within the organization.

File Auditing
KRMC will receive file monitoring updates from active Defender devices reporting file modifications. This provides a comprehensive view of file activity across your fleet of drives.

Group-Based Management Configuration
Kanguru has simplified Defender device ownership within KRMC, allowing drives to be assigned ownership and permissions within groups. This new feature simplifies the assignment of drives to either the Super Administrator (SA) or a group, making permissions and security policies easier to manage.
